Even though Turkey is a predominantly Muslim country, Christmas markets are organized here every year and you see Christmas-related Christmas items in the streets. It gives a cozy atmosphere in the dark days. And the Muslims themselves also participate. Not specifically for Christmas because they don't have much to do with that.
