GENERAL CONDITIONS @Home Dalyan B&B.
@Home Dalyan applies the general terms and conditions below. These apply from the moment of reservation up to and including the stay in our B&B.
1. General
General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of
@Home Dalyan B&B

These General Terms and Conditions come into effect upon entering into a rental agreement.
- A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be provided to users free of charge upon request.
- The main guest must be 18 years or older, must have a permanent place of residence and is responsible for his or her fellow guests.
- The main guest must have a valid ID with him.
- The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users' property. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs are borne by the users.
- All risks related to a stay at @Home Dalyan B&B are borne by the users.
- Damage to and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be immediately reported by the users and reimbursed to the owner.
- @Home Dalyan is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as power failure, WiFi, water supply or technical installations.
- Guests must follow instructions from the owner.
- The owner can immediately deny and/or refuse guests access to @Home Dalyan B&B in the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and inappropriate behavior, without further notice and stating reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
- Guests of @Home Dalyan B&B must adhere to the House Rules below.
- Edibe Altunbas Kroezen is the owner and manager of @Home Dalyan B&B, hereinafter referred to as owner. The owner can be replaced.
2. Reservation and confirmation.
- No additional costs will be charged for booking a stay at @Home Dalyan B&B.
- The rental agreement can be entered into verbally, by telephone, in writing and by e-mail.
- After receiving your reservation request, @Home Dalyan B&B will send a confirmation (subject to availability). The reservation is final after the payment obligation has been met.
- Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of confirmation.
- Our reservation confirmations refer to these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment.
- The accommodation costs at @Home Dalyan B&B must be paid in advance. It is not possible to pay this at the end of the stay.
- The owner may deviate from these conditions in consultation with the user.
- You can find the rates on our website.
4. Cancellation and no show (not coming without cancellation).
- If you are unexpectedly unable to comply with the rental agreement entered into, you must report this to us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the vacated date to third parties.
- In case of cancellation and no show, the contractor pays compensation to the owner.
- This compensation consists of:
1. Cancellation is free of charge up to two weeks before the rental commencement date.
2. If you cancel within 2 weeks before the start date, 50% of the amount will be charged
amount due as compensation.
3. In case of cancellation within one week before the start date, 75% of the amount is charged
the amount due as compensation.
4. In case of cancellation and no show on the day itself, 100% of the amount is due.
The refund amount stated in points 2, 3 and 4 will be refunded within 14 days
the tenant's used account. In cash payment, the invoice is requested from the tenant.
- Only at the discretion of the owner (for example in the event of emergencies) can the cancellation conditions be waived.
- We recommend taking out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
5. Key @Home Dalyan B&B.
As a guest you will receive a key from @Home Dalyan B&B. You must return this upon departure. As a guest, you are responsible for correctly closing the entrance door of @Home Dalyan B&B.
Loss of the key is at the expense of the contractor (€ 25) and will be paid in cash or afterwards by invoice by the contractor at check-out.
HOUSEHOLD RULES
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival you can use your accommodation from 3 p.m.
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am.
Deviations from the above times can only be made in consultation.
No refund will be made in the event of early departure.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served by arrangement between 8:30 and 10:30 am.
Your stay
Noise pollution, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., must be prevented.
Use of the accommodation by third parties is not permitted.
Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the @Home Dalyan B&B without permission from the manager and without additional payment.
Vehicles can be parked in the parking lots in the area.
Waste must be deposited in the garbage bin.
Immediately report the presence of suspicious persons to the owner.
Pets are not allowed in @Home Dalyan B&B.
Guidelines for use of the swimming pool are announced at the swimming pool.
Smoking in @Home Dalyan B&B is not allowed.
Complaints
Naturally, we do our utmost to offer a carefree and unforgettable stay. If there is a complaint, we would like to hear it on the spot so that we can resolve it immediately.
